My Favourite PlaceMy Favourite Place 
 What kind of place do you like? Where some people like to visit is a beach. Where some people enjoy visiting is a lively park. Where some people prefer to go is a shopping mall. But the place I love to visit is in the sky. Since I was a child, I had had a dream about which I wanted to figure out the differences between admiring the sky in the middle of it and from the ground below. Finally my dream came true in November, 2003 when I came to Canada. That it was the first time I ever took a plane. Before I got into the plane, I was so excited because I thought I was going to visit the space! I didn’t sleep much during my fourteen-hour flight because I hated to miss any beautiful scenes up in the sky. The clouds reflected by the sun through the window into my eyes. I found that scene was one of the most beautiful places I had ever seen. That the clouds all over the sky looked like a sea which was covered by snow, and that some extra large clouds looked like some mountain standing in the sea, and that some clouds looked as if millions of animals were moving on the ground… finally I was so tired that I fell asleep. As soon as I woke up I gazed out the window. I found that everything had changed. The lights were on in the plane, but it was all brown and gold outside. The sun had changed to a huge brown and gold ball, and the cloud color had been changed to brown and gold. The sky and the clouds were divided by a fire red and brown horizontal line far away. The moon was in the area above the clouds-the wild sky without clouds. It seemed the plane was flying outside of the earth and we were going to the moon… Finally, I fell asleep again. When I woke up, I found that the plane was landing on the Vancouver International Airport. I was a little upset because I didn’t catch the scene about which the sun went down. But I thought: “There must be another chance to see it.”
